Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on swete99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• swete99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• swete99 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

All activity conducted through your swete99 account – including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested – is your sole responsibility. swete99 treats all actions taken through a logged-in account as authorized by the registered account holder unless you have reported a security breach in advance.

swete99 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, swete99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the swete99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues that affect gameplay or transaction processing.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features.

swete99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swete99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude swete99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

swete99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and AML checks.
